During this workshop you will learn the construction of swimwear (women swimsuits and bikinis).
We will work with size 10 pattern blocks, and you will be introduced to pattern manipulation, sewing, and awesome finishing techniques to create simple swimwear lined designs in lycra.
You will learn how to scale a pattern, how to transform it to your size and desired design. You will be introduced to the overlock machine, and will learn how to use it.
You will make your own custom pattern, and sew your project: a custom piece of swimwear made by you.
After the workshop, you will be able to design and make your own bikinis and swimsuits.

Elisa Bozzolini, Founder and Creative Director at Sunvibes
“I started sewing by the age of 6, with my great grand mother, and after that I studied fashion design and pattern making in Barcelona at ES Felicidad Duce, Swimwear making in London at Central Saint Martins, and learnt dress making in Italy with a Master Artisan.
I design and make each Sunvibes piece at my island studio in Palma, a little boho paradise, filled with fabrics, mood boards and sketches.
I have the modern bohemian globetrotter in mind when it comes to create, and I also love sharing my skills with passionate fellow makers and creatives."
