I have used and use my personal style (clothes, accessories, colours) as a powerful anchor to manifest literally ANYTHING I put my heart to.
The posture we hold and how strong we physically feel, also plays a crucial role on how we carry ourselves into life, and this is why Pilates, Barré and Yoga are my go to since years.
The first step is to use your style (including your posture) to FEEL the way you want to feel.
The second step is that using your new style you will notice how you START ACTING like that new version of you, because clothes and accessories will act as anchors for the change.

REAL LIFE EXAMPLES
- To feel strong and powerful during multiple house moves, real estate deals and renovation: cargo pants, ripped jeans and vintage tees to feel part rockstar part truck driver — RESULT: moved twice then bought and renovated new home that feels like a queendom.
- To uplift myself on days where I feel sad : I go for anything rainbow from jumpers to handbags to scarves. RESULT: This usually fuels heartfelt conversations with people (it always starts with a conversation or a joke about the very colorful jumper but ALWAYS ends up with a meaningful connection).
- To feel safe, assertive and authoritative during important meetings: Navy blue, high heels, faux fur in winter (all symbols of power), to sign important contracts, get a payrise, negotiation: RESULT: successful negotiations, contracts signed timely, a sense of accomplishment.
